Riding the Roller Coaster!!

The planet Uranus is now in Aries for several years. Three BIG planets are in cardinal signs which means ACTION is plentiful for everyone now. Of all the planets in the zodiac, Uranus is the most unpredictable, and being in an action sign the message is...be prepared for ups and downs and be attached to nothing as everything could change at the drop of a hat!

For some of us this is an exciting adventure and for others it exposes our fears regarding change and uncertainty. The message for everyone is to believe!! We must have FAITH and TRUST that all is well and that we are exactly where we need to be even if we don't understand it yet. In time, we will!

The words within words...

We speak all the time using words to express ourselves, yet do we really look deeper into the words within the words? The words within may give us deeper clues as to the meaning of the original word.

Here are some examples:
CHANGE..a chance, enhance, can, ace
Decide..dice, did
South...so hot
North...not hot

An interesting exercise is to do this with your full name. It might add some more clues to your personality.

EEKS the ECLIPSES ARE HERE!

Roughly, every 6 months we experience a planetary eclipse which brings change to whatever house it is visiting in your astrological chart. If it happens to touch one of your planets, or your nodes or Chiron, it may be quite powerful. The signs the eclipse occurs in are Gemini and Sagittarius. If you are either of these signs, perhaps you are sensing this change now! Virgo and Pisces might feel the shift too as they are mutable signs. Eclipses are not to be feared. They should be viewed a golden nuggets of opportunity to revisit the past...let it go and embrace a new way of thinking.

7 YEAR CYCLES

In the study of Astrology, we learn that there are 12 categories of life (called Houses) and each house represents 6 years of your life.

For example, at age 1 through 6 you are in your first house which governs "the Self" and the phrase "I AM". This house is governed by the sign of Aries. At ages 7-12 you are discovering your senses and your values . This house is ruled by Taurus. From ages 13-18 you are in Gemini's home where you learn how to communicate, drive a vehicle, and express your opinion.

This goes on and on and when we get to age 72, we have made one full circle around the zodiac. We then begin the same wheel again starting where we began. Find out what phase you are in. Your astrological chart speaks volumes about your soul's contract with the Universe.

IT IS ALWAYS DARKEST BEFORE THE DAWN

Worry, fear, and uneasiness seem to be a common theme among many people now, but stay mindful that obstacles are merely opportunities for us to grow and they bring us to a better place. Through challenging times, we learn about our true strength and we experience gratitude. We reach out for others. We take the mask off. Our hearts become open and we realize the Oneness of everything and everyone. Difficulties bring us to a place of truth and authenticity. We suddenly become aware that the truth sets us free. Problems themselves will not defeat you. It is how you think about them that will determine their degree of ease or difficulty. Remember, attitude is everything…so pick a good one!

WEATHER OR NOT????

Mother Nature and Old Man Winter have really packed a punch for us with heavy snow and very cold temperatures. Here’s a possibility as to “WHY”!

Whenever an outer planet is exiting one sign and entering another (after being in that sign for a year or more), it doesn’t usually exit quietly! It can leave a present at your doorstep OR a more severe surprise somewhere else in your life. It depends on the planet. In this case we are referring to the planet Uranus which is truly the planet of surprises of ALL types…it can be a windfall or a “whoa is me”!

Uranus has been in the sign of Pisces since March of 2003 and Pisces people can probably tell you about many roller-coaster rides they have had in these past 7 years! Now Uranus will enter the sign of Aries on March 13, 2011. Because Pisces is a water sign ruling the 12^th house, the message is this:

Our journey should be inward. Seek solitude, meditate…and that is where you will find inner peace…
